Now Open in Jacksonville. Chefs Matthew and David Medure are taking their culinary skills to Mayo Clinic. Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts opened M Brothers at Mayo, a 220-seat, 7,000 square foot upscale-casual restaurant at the medical center’s Southside campus on San Pablo Road. The restaurant includes full-service dining plus full-service bar, and coffee shop plus a grab-and-go area. The sit-down restaurant is open both to hospital visitors and the general public.

Our Hosts greet our guests upon arrival, inform guests of their wait time, escort guests to their table, and bid guests farewell as they leave. You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and customer service skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
- Greet incoming and departing guests with genuine appreciation
- Escort guests to assigned table and attend to special needs
- Answer incoming calls, make reservations, and take to-go orders
- Package to-go meals for pick up
- Operate a POS system to accept payments for food and beverages
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- The genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests
- Professional, well groomed, friendly, and courteous
- Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to servers, managers, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable working with a team
- Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
